By using PortCityDeals.com (“we” or “website” or “Port City Deals, LLC”), the Customer (“you”) accepts the terms and conditions that we have provided.  If you do not wish to be bound by the outlined terms and conditions, please discontinue use of PortCityDeals.com.

In addition, PortCityDeals.com reserves the right to make any changes to the website and/or the Terms and Conditions whenever it is deemed necessary.  We may do so at our own discretion without prior notification to the customer.  Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance by the customer of the Terms and Conditions at the given time.

Because this website provides information on businesses and product information, this website should not be considered endorsement, or in any other way, encouragement to buy or use any particular business or product. Every effort is made to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and current, however, in no event shall Port City Deals, LLC be liable for any errors or misprints or for any injury or damages arising out of any decision made or action taken or not taken in reliance on information contained herein.


Certificate Rules

Port City Deals, LLC shall not be responsible for any certificate that becomes unusable due to that business discontinuing operation. All certificates purchased should be used as soon as possible after purchase.

Neither Port City Deals, LLC nor the business shall be responsible for any lost certificate and no replacement shall be issued.

Neither Port City Deals, LLC nor the business shall be responsible for any certificates that have expired.

Each business has the right to check the certificate for authenticity. Any alteration of any certificate may cause it to be void.

Customers may not purchase another certificate from the same place of business within a 60-day time period, unless otherwise noted.  In addition, the customer agrees not to create multiple accounts in order to bypass the 60-day restriction.

Certificates expire 60 days after purchase, unless otherwise noted.

Certificates are not valid with other offers such as coupons or discounts, unless otherwise noted.

Change is not given for unused portion of certificate, unless otherwise noted.

Sales tax is not included in the certificates, unless otherwise noted.

Gratuity is not included in the certificates, unless otherwise noted.

Certificates may not be used in combination with another Port City Deals, LLC Certificate, unless otherwise noted.

Certificates are valid for a one-time use only, unless otherwise noted.


Return/Refund Policy

PortCityDeals.com provides no returns, refunds, or exchanges on certificates or any other service provided.


Website Rules

All certificates must be purchased through PortCityDeals.com by credit card or gift card unless otherwise won through PortCityDeals.com contests or other incentives.

The Customer agrees not to make multiple user accounts in order to gain the ability to purchase the same certificate within the 90-day restriction period.

The Customer will create a personal login account using an email address for their username.  The Customer will also create a password.  It is the responsibility of the customer to keep this information confidential.  The customer is responsible for any actions taken on the website under the use of their username and password.  In addition, the customer agrees to contact PortCityDeals.com immediately to notify of any unauthorized use or security breach arising from the use of their username and/or password.

PortCityDeals.com reserves the right to cancel or suspend a customer’s privileges of participation in the use of this website at its own discretion without prior notification to that customer or anyone else.

By using this website, customers agree that they use this service at their own risk.  Neither PortCityDeals, LLC nor any of its affiliates, employees, or clients make any guarantees about the content, service, or results from use of this website.

In no event shall Port City Deals, LLC, respective employees or suppliers, or any entity or person(s) involved with the creation, production, or distribution of this site be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages that may arise from use of this website or its products.
